I enjoyed my stay while visiting the Christmas market. The place was in a central location, allowing me to walk around the old town easily. The breakfast was nice. I was in a room on the top floor with a fireplace, but they did not provide wood for it. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
The spa charged extra for the sauna and steam, which seems uncommon for a 5-star establishment. The bar closed early, which was surprising.

Noble historical ambiance, stunning views of Bratislava Castle, charming boutique experience
The check-in experience felt overly bureaucratic, lacking warmth!!! Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable in certain areas, which made it frustrating to get work done during my stay!!! The room layout needs reevaluation too!!!

The hotel provided a fantastic breakfast buffet with an extensive selection, including gourmet options that truly set us up for the day.
Unfortunately, the parking situation was rather inconvenient as it involved using a public garage nearby without any assistance for luggage transport.

missingWrote a review on Sept 25poor servicepoor cleanliness
the breakfast was just okay and I found a spider under my seat, which is simply unsightly. also, I was shocked that I wasn’t offered a room upgrade considering my esteemed presence. additionally, the receptionist was so unfriendly, it made me feel like I was invisible. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The bed in our room was super comfy, making it hard to get up in the mornings, and the spa was a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. I really enjoyed the peaceful lounge area and the relaxing jacuzzi options available. The only small hiccup was that breakfast could've used some lactose-free options, but overall, we had a lovely time! 😊

Recommend it for couples looking for charm
The breakfast buffet had an impressive range, more options than I'd ever seen at a hotel before. gourmet choices that made me want to stay there forever. And the porter, Joseph, was a lifesaver, he guided us to a fantastic restaurant in the main square that turned out to be just what we needed after a long day.
It wasn’t inexpensive, but definitely in line with the experience.
